Therapist was impatient (by her own admission) to remove wax before it was ready, which was painful and caused redness on my underarm. This was not ideal as I had a wedding at the weekend and the redness didn't go down until after the event. My feedback would be for the therapist to take her time in future - otherwise she would keep having to go over the same area, which causes more irritation and pain. I have definitely had better waxes at Luxury Wax Bar in the past.
