Have been coming here for nearly over a year and the salon is usually quite flexible with rescheduling on the day but on this occasion, I was disappointed that although I was ill, I was told that I would lose my money if I did that so forced myself to go in an unwell state. The appointment itself with Adela was great as usual. Always nice to see her
