I have been getting waxed here for ages - and its reliably good. But recently the therapists are getting a bit brutal - they rush through the appt so fast (40 min appt in 20) - and the way they wax your legs shows no mercy - really quickly - not ever placing a hand on the area after to dull the pain etc. The end result is still OK but please be just a little more relaxed and considerate during the process! I know it will hurt, but doing slightly smaller areas in one go and also placing a hand af
