Staff are always nice. They always have Friends on the tv in each therapy room which is a really good distraction from the waxing!

Had a really good experience except the thing that often happens with brow waxing - I ended up with thinner brows than I was expecting, having asked to keep the shape and just have a tidy!
Otherwise my waxer was v friendly and did a really good job...it just wasn’t what I asked for. No hard feelings though because they’ll grow back, it’s just a shame that I have medium sized brows now instead of chunky ones!
