I had a Hollywood hot wax with krisztina and it was almost painless. Almost. I usually have Adela as my therapist but Krisztina made me extremely comfortable and it shows that service is consistent through the company.

My regular wax place and Natalie is great. Strangely found the wax slightly stingy afterwards this time, I sometimes have sensitive skin so it could just be me!

My experience was positive, Adela was really sweet and engaging. She made sure to distract me with words so that I wouldn’t feel much of the pain. Sugaring wise, the experience was good. The therapist was smooth and quick in her process. Would definitely go again here.
