I've been to the other locations and the experience has been great. I had an okay experience, would have preferred to be great. The lady waxing must have thought she was removing wall paper and not waxing a human being.
It was all about speed - pull and go! I did tell her to put pressure after she removed the hair because it was painful. She literally applied pressure for one second or even two seconds at time. I guess she must have thought it was a great improvement.
