I messaged to let them know I was stuck in a lot of traffic and would be late; they were fantastic and pushed my appointment back by 20 mins which meant I didn't miss my appointment or lose my money. Picked the worst time to have a wax done, (mid-cycle so my body was extremely sensitive - definitely the worst time to have a Hollywood) but Adela (as always) was fantastic; distracted me with conversations and gave me a few seconds in between each application to get my breath back!
