The signage helped me find the place easily so that was a great start. When you walked it, it was very inviting and it was clean and proper. I was warmly greeted from reception and I filled out a brief questionnaire. My aesthetician was ready for me right away and brought me to the room. She was great. She had a great attention to detail and was very thorough. They had a TV in the room so I was able to watch something which I liked. I had a very positive experience. I will definitely be back
