It was my first time so I was quite apprehensive going in. The receptionist was very welcoming. Kristina the therapist then welcomed me and walked me through the process, giving fair warning before tackling the more sensitive parts. Having the TV on a comedy show was extremely considerate as it helped serve as a distraction for me as well as filling any potential awkward silences. Overall, the therapist was very thorough and professional throughout.
