The therapist was nice, she checked that the wax was not too hot which is nice! But she missed quite a few hairs (upper lip) which I had to tweeze when I got home and the sides of face has a line where the hair has been waxed against my natural cheek hair. Could of just done with a little more attention to detail. Was efficient but unfortunately loses a star for me as it was a little too efficient.
