I had a Hollywood, I said to the therapist the wax is too hot.... however she ignored me and said I was too sensitive. I know have burnt skin down there and it’s really sore. Normally I have the most amazing waxes at this place so it makes me sad having to write this review as it does not reflect my past experience here. But I had to write this as it was so bad.

Really disappointed. My usual therapist was unavailable so I thought I’d book with whoever was free - big mistake. My Hollywood wax was incredibly painful; the therapist had terrible technique and she kept yanking at the wax and didn’t seem to be able to pull it off properly. I’ve also discovered that she left some big patches of hair behind - so not only was it painful, she was also sloppy and didn’t do a good job. Such a shame, will be avoiding this therapist in future.
