I have been to all the Luxury Wax Bars and I can same no matter which one I went to the atmosphere, interior, treatment and staff are as good. Finding a good therapist is hard especially on the intimate area but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s been difficult with both lockdowns having to wait long periods between waxing but Janequa was great to talk with to not think about the pain and always list to your therapist.

Lady was polite but left sporadic hairs & charge me extra? which I didn’t mind paying but to get home and actually realise that it wasn’t done well is a shame because I’ve never had this problem before and have used for a few years. I’m not even that hairy so tbh I shall check if I ever use again. Pls bring back Adela she really was the best beautician ever. She was professional and very customer motivated. Which is what makes us come back.
