The treatment was done exceptionally well and I didn't feel any pain. The beautician spoke the whole time about Covid and other personal matters though which didn't make the overall experience very pleasant as I was hoping to have a more lightweight experience.

Natalie was super quick and efficient! The wax was a good temperature which made it far less painful than i’d anticipated. I always come back to this branch. The staff are so professional and friendly, the facilities are clean and the level of service is always incredibly high
