Had a Hollywood wax and the hair grew back after 7 days which was very disappointing. Emailed to let the salon know and they said it’s only hair free for 7-10 days(?!) I’ve had Hollywood waxes before and it’s been completely hair free for 3 weeks at least so I won’t be returning.

First of all the salon is gorgeous and they put friends on whilst you’re getting your wax so what can be better than that really? Delia was the most efficient, patient and thorough wax specialist I have ever had. I hadn’t been to get a treatment since before COVID times but I was made to feel very comfortable and have left with amazing results. She gave me tricks to take home with me, made me feel super comfortable and overall just a great experience. Will definitely be rebooking with her in the future. Thank you so much!
