I had a complete body wax with Mihaela, she was lovely and made it a comfortable experience. She done it fast but not rushed. She was very accurate doing all the areas and making sure I was alright, waxing is painful, but she done everything she could to make it comfortable which I appreciate a lot. Put off was the receptionist, she had an attitude I came 10 mins late which I understand is unacceptable but I've been coming here for months, and always on time. We are humans, mistakes happens
