When I get waxed, I usually like it. Although the experience is generally positive, I didn't particularly enjoy the last one. Perla was very dismissive when I communicated to her that the wax was burning and stinging me. The aftermath was good but the experience was terrible. The session was also in silence which added to the anxiety.
