Been looking for a new eyebrow waxing place and at last I've found one. Perla was excellent. Waxed, plucked and cut my very neglected eyebrows. I was really pleased with the result. Already made another appointment.

This was one of the weirdest waxes I’ve had - I’ve been coming to luxury wax bar for years but left feeling very uncomfortable. My therapist used one stick over and over to apply wax the entire time (as opposed to single use) which is super unhygienic. Thats never happened to me here before so I don’t know if it’s just this therapist who does that. After the wax she also applied loads of lotion (instead of just a bit of oil which I’m used to) on me, without checking if I was okay with it, which was gross and sticky and caused an allergic reaction. I’ve also never experienced that here before. It’s a shame as I’ve normally had such a consistent positive experience but after this I’m not sure I’ll come back.
