Therapist was lovely and chatty and fun. However, I am disappointed by the quality of the waxing - she took the hair off in large sections and much of the hair was snapped off instead of taken at the roots. 5 days later, I had lots of ingrown hairs as a result (despite exfoliation and hydration). This has happened a few times with different therapists at the center.
