The therapist herself was pleasant! My partner had this treatment and she didn’t feel the therapist was as efficient as she could have been nor as gentle as this was only the second wax my partner has come for. Otherwise, my partner is happy to come back!

I usually love coming here for a wax, and never really ask for a particular person as, so far, I’ve had a different person each time, and they’ve all been great. Sadly, this time, it wasn’t! I was quite uncomfortable and experienced a lot more pain than I usually do here. It hasn’t deterred me from returning though (:
