Dissappointed by this visit, as usually I like this salon for underarm waxes. Feel as if they have got comfortable, and no longer go out of their way to produce excellent service. The light in the room was quite dim, therefore the beautician (and me) couldn't see the hair properly. So when I got home and looked at my underarms in proper light, I noticed there was quite a lot of hair. I had to book another wax somewhere else to remove it, which shouldn't have been the case.

I think this was my fourth visit. I would never go anywhere else now. Most painless wax in the whole of London. The girls here are so lovely. Highly recommend.
