Overall good experience but issue with being charged more unfairly. Booked online for a package and then called in to add a few other things to the package. But the salon charged me full price for both rather than discounting it as one package. I got al the treatments together but still they charged for two separate.
Secondly, I was told it's a luxury wax and will take about an hour. I was done in less than half an hour. Upon getting home I noticed that there were areas which they didn't cover so now I've got patches of undone areas. Quite annoying. So I have to do them myself now :(

Although the salon is down a small side street, it's very well signposted and easy to find. The girls are extremely friendly and efficient, and very quick to put you at ease. The wax itself was one of the least painful I've ever had. This is my go to salon in London, because the girls always do a great job, it's quick, clean and efficient, and very affordable. Best waxing in London, as far as I'm concerned.
