They are always friendly in here. I love how they play sex and the city whilst you have your treatment which makes the experience of waxing a bit better! However the hot wax I never find particularly painful and they always ask if everything is okay. The only thing I would say is that they need to make sure it dries a bit more first just because I end up with wispy bits of wax all over me!

The decor and furniture could do with an update, seemed a bit run down. Otherwise the staff were friendly and the quality of the wax was great.

I have been three times now. Every time the experience was great. Beauty therapists put on gloves, there is lotion to clean up when you arrive, the therapists do a good job (hairs are gone and stay away for a while), and the therapists are nice and make you feel a ease (Kristina is very nice). I am going back.
