Overall good experience but issue with being charged more unfairly. Booked online for a package and then called in to add a few other things to the package. But the salon charged me full price for both rather than discounting it as one package. I got al the treatments together but still they charged for two separate.
Secondly, I was told it's a luxury wax and will take about an hour. I was done in less than half an hour. Upon getting home I noticed that there were areas which they didn't cover so now I've got patches of undone areas. Quite annoying. So I have to do them myself now :(
