I have been three times now. Every time the experience was great. Beauty therapists put on gloves, there is lotion to clean up when you arrive, the therapists do a good job (hairs are gone and stay away for a while), and the therapists are nice and make you feel a ease (Kristina is very nice). I am going back.

I had a hollywood wax and it was great. Cristina (the therapist) was lovely and made me feel at easy. She made sure there were no hairs left and was less painful than other places.
They have nice rooms with tv shows on the screen to distract you.
I couldn't recommend it enough, I'll be back for sure.
