All the ladies were very warm and kind, and made me feel comfortable the whole time there, from the entrance till the end of the service. One thing, the hair wasn't removed quite well, and most of the hair were just cut out instead of pulled out from the root.. also not all hair were removed- I found some hair still left, not removed, here and there after I came back home...
