Monica welcomed me and was completely understanding that I was worried about the pain that I was going to experience, she was very nice and calming. I I was pleasantly surprised of how good the hot wax was, I didn't feel as much pain as I expected and I am extremely satisfied with the service Monica provided. We had Sex and the city playing as a great distraction!
