Hot wax was unusually painful. Seemed like Rosa did not really know what she was doing. Overall good quality and really good service in the past, but just this one time, I did not have a relaxed experience.

No pain and really friendly staff. The studio was a little warm though

I was left waiting in the treatment room for 10 minutes while I could hear my therapist chatting to the other staff. Other than this, it was great as always.
