Was all in time and very professional. The lady doing the waxing this time was less chatty so I was less relaxed but she was very professional and diligent making sure all the hairs were captured.

Very professional environment, minimal pain and maximum results! Would highly recommend, the Sex and the City DVDs playing while you're getting waxed are a nice touch to make time go a bit faster :)
