Monica couldn't have been nicer, a lovely woman and a real professional- made me feel at ease. The TV makes a huge difference- watching SIC is a wonderful distraction and I can't fault the wax at all, it was really well done and it was quick with relatively little pain! win win!- I would highly recommend. I will definitely be back.
