Had the laser hair removal test patch. The staff was really helpful to explain how it works. Not painful at all. Also had waxing service done and, as always, relatively pain-free, very quick and efficient. They have slightly increased the price but still the best around London.

There are simple but rarely seen touches here, like hand sanitizer and wet wipes to clean yourself before a wax. And the sex and the city on the TV is a helpful distraction. Wax was efficient and thorough. Not pain free, but they never are for me.
