Very positive experience. I had a Brazilian wax. Rosa was excellent and made me feel at ease throughout. It is also the least painful Brazilian wax I've ever had (and I've been waxing for years). I had a little difficulty finding it as it is down a small side street and not that well signposted, but this was the only slightly negative thing. I will definitely be back for my next wax!
