Well getting an Hollywood wax is never painless but here at the Luxury Wax the staff is very nice and understandable. I had to wait few minutes as my aesthetician was running late other previous appointment, but during the treatment she was kind and chatty. She actually explained me a lot of technical things that I didn't know and after she distracted me with stories during the most painful bits. Would definitely recommend this place!
