Monica was very lovely and did a great job but I did struggle a bit with reception. I found it slightly difficult to find and the toilet was out of service which wasn't great for my bladder!

This was my second visit here and, like the first visit, it was great. The staff were lovely and pleasant, it was a good wax and very quick so all in all, it was good. I did book in with a particular member of staff which could be seen on my confirmation but a reminder email that day showed I was booked in with another person and when I arrived it was the second person who saw me. She was great, very friendly and did a great job, but it would have been nice to have been given the chance to rebook with the original member of staff I had chosen (but I guess she had called in sick or something- but seeing another member of staff was better than being cancelled on)

It was probably the most calming and amazing waxing experience I've ever heard. I had Monica and she was totally amazing. For my eyebrow shape I told her I wanted a very natural shape and she gave me almost the exact shape I wanted. Also Sex and the City at the background distracts you from any pain and decoration of the rooms are so adorable.
