Very satisfied from the whole experience - staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. Both Krisztina, who did my patch test, and Adela, who did my laser session were very professional, sweet and willing to guide me through. Adela was also frequently checking whether i was in pain during the treatment, while we had a laugh. Generally, the ambience was very friendly. I would definitely go back again.

My second time coming here. The place is clean and they put Sex in the City on which really helps with keeping you distracted. The staff are excellent: professional, quick and thorough. Very knowledgeable in what they are doing and very considerate when asking whether you have any preferences. Great service and great value compared to some much more expensive places.
