The whole experience was great from start to finish. Booking the appointment was really easy - I'm not very technical! The salon was very convenient and I didn't know it existed so would never have gone there. The best thing - the therapist put on an episode of Sex and the City so I was entertained while being waxed!!!

The venue doesn't look great outside and is hard to find (it's down an alley just off Exmouth Market) but the inside is clean and well decorated. Staff are very good and make sure you get exactly what you asked for.
