As someone who suffers from eczema, it was reassuring that Adela asked me questions regarding my condition prior to the wax. The venue was clean, as were the utensils being used and the staff were incredibly friendly throughout the entire treatment. Sex and the City is on in the background whilst you have your treatment which is great and makes what could be a potentially awkward and/or painful experience a little bit more comfortable. The wax itself was done to a good standard and Adela would check to make sure she hadn't missed any areas. The only issues I had with this treatment were that at times the strip wax would be too hot and it did burn my skin slightly, also a few of the hairs were not ripped entirely from the root. Aside from this, Adela gave me some good post-wax advice, it was value for money and I would go back again!
