I have been to wax salons all over the U.K. and US. LWB is, hands down, the best. They truly understand what hygiene means (they never double dip the sticks; restroom is clean; gloves are used properly). Very welcoming, non-judgmental staff. Theodora was incredible. Not as painless as others have said, but very professional.
