The lady at reception was extremely rude - this is the second time I have visited and experienced her rudeness because I asked to use the toilet. The lady who waxed me was very polite and nice however she did not give me a g-string wax, she gave me a bikini wax. Won't be visiting here again.

Prices have risen quite drastically over the past year or so. I recall when I first started going to Luxury Wax when this location opened, it was only £19 and in this short time frame it's increased to £31. value has dropped considering I used to see Lycon products on the table and they stopped using them apparently for at least 9 months (my beautician indicated they have not ever used Lycon wax since she started). Service is good though and it's nice to be able to watch sex and the city during the wax. I'd still consider going elsewhere for better value.
