The appointment was prompt however it felt as if the treatment was being rushed. Due to the speed of the wax I felt it was unnecessarily painful. The time guideline was 60 minutes for the treatment I chose however it was finished in less than 30. This made me not really feel like a valued customer but a number and may affect my decision to return in future. I did like the decor as it felt very warm and welcoming.
