Not overly impressed with their service lately. I sent them an email prior to a treatment and they didn't even bother to reply. Reception staff sometimes pretty rude. The technician that does my laser treatment is nice, however I think I will change salon after I finish the course. Shame because I have been a customer for ages but I feel like the place has changed and they dont look after you like they used to.

Lovely Therapist really friendly but the room was horrendous felt very closed in.
Good treatment although feel a little sore today as I feel she didn't really stretch the skin when pulling off the wax!!

Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else, I've been going here for a year and everyone that has done a wax on me has been thorough and as painless as a wax could be.
