I've been getting my wax here for the past year and I absolutely love it, but they've recently put up the price which means it's not really a competitor any more and I may consider looking somewhere cheaper again

The treatment felt a bit rushed and the staff were playing very loud music outside the room. I was happy with the wax at the time but I quickly got regrowth so maybe hair was broken.

Treatment was ok but I was running late and called to ask if it was ok if I was 5-10 minutes late. The lady was pretty rude about it and said it's a 30 minute appointment, if I don't show up it's a cancellation. I turn up 5 minutes late and there is no customer in the venue. Treatment was over in 15 minutes

I have been a regular customer here for several months. Walked in today and was faced with unspeakable rudeness - so much so when I asked to submit a complaint the receptionist refused to give me her name. Props to the manager for being so professional about it and my eyebrow wax was done well and with care. The receptionist, however, seemed incapable of good customer care and ruined the experience for me.
