The place itself is a little hidden down a side street, but not hard to find with maps/common sense. The wax itself was good- I felt relaxed and she spoke in a reassuring tone, and described what she was doing as she went along as it was my first time. She wore gloves throughout and didn't double dip from what I could see. I didn't find it super painful maybe a 5/10 but I'm pretty tolerant to pain of this level. Overall I was happy with the experience and would 100% go back. Having Sex and the City on the TV in front definitely helped!
