The brow shapping was done with tweezers because of my sensitive skin. The shape was good and efficiently done. No extra cost for tweezers. The only problem was that I couldn't get a tinting as a new customer because they require a 24h patch test. This was a surprise! It was written in fine print somewhere - but just a warning about that! I did recieve a refund promptly for the tinting.

My full body waxing experience at the salon was good the lady was very quick and very friendly the waxing room was a bit too small which made it kind of difficult for her to wax me but she got everywhere done
