Had hollywood waxing done. I'm a regular customer but have been very disappointed recently due to the lack of precise waxing from new staff. I literally had to use my tweezers to pluck endlessly at hairs missed - which hurt a lot! This is the second time it has happened and I might go to a different salon next time.
