Quick and painless. I have been a couple of times for this treatment. First time was 20 mins and this time was 15 minutes from walking in to the salon to paying. Very quick and very thorough with lovely staff. As pain free as you could get given the treatment. I've been getting Hollywood waxes for years and this is the next place I have been for them.
