Elena has so many positive reviews on Treatwell so I specifically booked with her. She’s lovely and warm and her technique is great because I definitely felt less pain and discomfort than last time. However, because there was less pain, I was able to check my Hollywood much sooner as there has been no swelling and I’ve found lots of stray hairs, a whole patch at the back that seems like the wax never touched and broken hairs - all which I’ve had to tweeze out myself. I don’t want to shave the bits that have been missed because then that will make the hairs blunt so I’m really disappointed as it means I’ll have to return much sooner than I’d like. Maybe she was having an off day - I’ll definitely return but i would definitely ask them to be thorough next time.
