Wax itself was done to a great standard with no hairs remaining. The actual experience was more painful than usual due to the wax being too hot and the lady’s technique was not as gentle as other wax technicians I have had at this branch. For example, the wax was applied in very large sections which is not my personal preference due to the pain it can cause. I will still go back here, I will just book a different technician next time!
