Staff were very friendly and helpful. The wax itself was definitely one of the better ones I have had - only hot wax was used (no strip wax) and the beautician also made sure to get any stray hairs with tweezers, Would thoroughly recommend them.

I have booked legs and hollywood wax. I was expecting a better wax quality considering the price (for the strips wax they use the roller wax). It has been painful and lots of broken hairs. I will not come back. However, the venue is fine and the staff is nice.

Excellent full leg and arms strip wax. I love the rooms, very pretty and smell lovely. And being able to distract myself with the Friends episodes on the screen was brilliant. My therapist was thorough, efficient, friendly and they use good quality wax and post wax care. Will return.
