I have been a loyal customer since Luxury Wax Bar Farringdon first opened, and usually provided a 5 star feedback. However, during this visit I didn't have a pleasant experience with my Hollywood wax. Not sure if the beautician is new or not (MJ). First of all, she seemed to be so in rush in doing my wax (considering I arrived 10 minutes earlier before my appointment time). She also applied the hotwax too hard by pressing it hard to my sensitive area skin which was really painful. I think she needs to remember it's a 'sensitive' area, not legs/arms. The hotwax applied to my skin was still wet and sticky, but she kept trying to pull it off by pinning the wax spatula for several times. I've told her nicely it's too quick to take off the hotwax since it's still very sticky, but she ignored it and said that's how it worked. I know exactly how it works as I have never had any issues when Adela, Rocio, Andreea and Theodora did my waxing before. I have always had a pleasant Hollywood wax with Luxury Bar, but not for this time. I will still come back for my wax, but I will ensure to choose the Beautician that I've ever had the experience with.

Always an amazing experience, great staff. Hollywood was done to an amazing standard. I’ve been coming here for over a year even though I live 40 minutes away! Love it
