It's a really good, cheap, and quick wax bar in London. It doesn't hurt much - the technicians are skilled at how they pull it off and they also go over with tweezers (which does hurt) to really make sure you get the best finish. But I would say speak up if your wax temperature is too hot, and also double check to make sure they got all the stray hairs.
